General

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Secret Language / Time for Magic ("we", "us" or the "Seller") and the user who is granted customer status when placing an order or making a purchase online through our website ("you" or the "Customer"). By using our service, you accept and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which is effective at the same time. If you do not agree, you should not use our service. We advise you to check this page periodically, as we reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), clear and correct to the best of our ability. Errors may occur; we will correct them as soon as possible. The applicable VAT rate and shipping costs are indicated before you confirm your order. Accepted the major payment methods: Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. After payment, you will receive an email confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice. In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we may need to vary delivery times; we will inform you as soon as possible.

Membership Content

All content on this the membership sections will only be available for a short period of time, being replaced either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly for new content. The previous content will not be available and Secret Language / Time for Magic can use this content in conjunction with a different project / product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, audio, video, and design, is the property of Secret Language / Time for Magic or has been licensed to us. Any use, reproduction, copying, disclosure, or distribution without our prior written approval is prohibited. You agree to refrain from any use that violates applicable law and we reserve the right to collect information on user's activity regarding this.

Rewards Program

Store credit earned through membership is valid for 12 months from the date it is added to your account (note: taxes you may pay due to your location are not included). After 12 months, any unused store credit expires. We may update the rewards program from time to time, including how store credit is earned and redeemed, in order to improve the experience, address operational needs, or reflect changes to our offerings. Where feasible, we will provide notice of material changes, but we reserve the right to make updates at any time. Likewise, membership perks and benefits may be updated, added, or removed at any time. We aim to maintain or enhance the overall value of membership, but specific benefits may change as the service evolves.

Complaints

You may submit a complaint regarding any matter related to your purchase to concierge@secretlanguage.com.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for failures or problems arising from circumstances beyond our control (including technical issues, fraud, or force majeure). Our service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all situations.

The use of cookies and the processing of your personal data are described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
